Locating Articles Not Available Online

There may be times when an article that you want is not available online. Here are some alternative ways to obtain the desired article:
  • The journal containing the article might be available at the Manhattan College Library in print, microfilm, or microfiche. Find out by going into the Library Periodicals List on the library website.

  • The journal featuring the article might be at a nearby library. A Manhattan College librarian can check this for you and issue you an authorization card, which will give you access to the outside library.

  • You can order the article through the Interlibrary Loan system. To do this, request an Interlibrary Loan Form at the Circulation Desk, fill it out, and submit it (with a $1.00 fee). It takes about two weeks to obtain an article through this process.
